I just wanted to touch base with everyone. I hope all is well, strong and injury free. Does anyone plan on running the Rock ‘N’ Role Arizona this year. I know Bridget Lehmann, RunningAnders and I are doing the half. I know a few of you all ran it last year. Fill me in. I’m thinking about an after party somewhere!
