Kevin Dolan

I began running in HS and specialized in x/c. This carried me through College at Towson U, where I ran 5k, 10k and steeplechase. Post college I began my career of triathlon and bike racing, preferring cyclocross in the fall. It was the closest sport to x/c. I completed the Nice International Triathlon in France in 1983 and have currenty 2 IM races, WI 2007 and Az 2008 under my belt. I have coached running and triathlon for Team in Training since 2005 and will be a USAT coach in Nov 2009. 2010 will be a big race year as I plan on doing IM Lake Placid and AZ in addition to taking a few clients for coaching services. Trail running is always a favorite run choice, especially in the fall and winter. I can talk bikes at my job which is Race Pace Bicycles in Columbia,MD.
