i have run over twenty races since i began racing in may of 2006...mostly 10ks, 15ks, and half marathons...now, i want to try triatholons (on a sprint level)...yeehaw!!!!

Fleet Feet is proud to present the Arizona Trail Race, Southern Arizona’s premier trail running event. This unique race features the beautiful landscape of the Arizona Trail within Colossal Cave Mountain Park and great amenities. The race starts and finishes at La Posta Quemada Ranch (located inside the park) with participants following a gorgeous, yet challenging eight mile route. (Trail-specific running shoes are strongly recommended.) Due to the nature of a single track trail and our desire to minimally impact the land, the Arizona Trail Race will be limited to 250 runners. Race registration opens Dec. 1, 2007. We recommend you sign up early, as this race sold out quickly last year. Transfer of registration will not be allowed. If you are unable to participate, please notify us so that we may use your spot to accommodate those on the waiting list  Runner Amenities:
- Picturesque eight-mile course over moderate to rugged terrain
- Brooks long-sleeved technical shirts to all finishers
- Awards: overall and 10-year age group winners
- Free post race breakfast
Fees: $35 prior to 12/31/07, $40 prior to 2/2/07, $45 race day until 7:00 a.m. (Park access fee included in race entry fee) Sorry, no refunds. I just wanted to touch base with everyone. I hope all is well, strong and injury free. Does anyone plan on running the Rock ‘N’ Role Arizona this year. I know Bridget Lehmann, RunningAnders and I are doing the half. I know a few of you all ran it last year. Fill me in. I’m thinking about an after party somewhere!
