This was a "B" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 5 out of 5.

Race Notes: Very good race, swam pretty solid, biked steady and had a great run ,chip failed so no splits for any discipline but i chased down a USAT AA (1st a/g St. A's 2009) over the 3.7mi run to win my a/g and get 7th O/A

This was a "A" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 2 out of 5.

Race Notes: Had a very good swim PR for 1.2 in just <33 minutes, rode the 1st 30mile of the bike like a complete idiot, redlined for 80+ minutes and cooked myself, my race was over before i started the run, ended up walking a great deal on the 2nd lap of the 13.1 very bad race tactically, horrible job with nutrition, didn't drink nearly enough water and was very dehydrated

I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.

Race Notes: Very good race, felt good on the bike ran very wall, passed fellow age/grouper in last mile of run to win 40-44 a/g and 9th overall

These things were butta right out of the box! don't know how they get that much cushion into such a light shoe! only 1 run in them so far, plan on running the 13.1 leg of Timberman in these 8/23
