I am still not doing very well. Very upset about not being able to participate in the road races and senior games. After broken elbow surgery, I got a real bad case of shingles on my right side of my body. Then had a cornea transplant after infection was clear and just the 18 stitches remove from the cornea transplant last week.
Keep praying for me.

My wife and I train in NY during the summer time and Silver springs FL in the winter time.Its our full time job and we love it.15 mile long run tomorow.We travel in our trailers.I only wish you were one of our neighbors.The seniors around us just dont understand why must we always be running.Alice and Tim love you Lillie Doss ..Your a Trail blazer..Big kiss ,Tim
