Good Race. 4th Overall which is about all I had. Run course was .16 miles long for each run segment this year which added about 2 min and 20 seconds to my overall time. I was able to hold nearly 24mph on the bike which was good. Only disappointing thing is that even though place wise I did great and I know if the course was a bit more accurate I would have PRed my time. Oh well. If I do the same or better at Du the Bear I will be a Duathlon Pro, registered and everything.
