Thursday & Friday - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. An awful bout of food poisoning kept me from doing anything. Hopeful that tomorrow will be normal again.

oot pod "self calibrate." It needs to integrate into "Map My Run." Training Center needs better maps. MotionBased is really cool. I use that. I use the heart monitor for my work outs. There needs to be better, "proven" training programs to integrate into this thing, rather than making up your own. That's fun but tedious.

pre-planned routes. I can run a different route each run, and make it interesting--or use the "virtual partner" to race against on a self-imposed TT...it's fun to quicken the pace hoping that little dude on the watch doesn't outrun you on a fast paced run.
