I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.
Race Notes: Another PR, although I would've broken 1:50 if I hadn't taken a potty break halfway through. I hadn't really done many long runs prior to this race, so I'm pleased with the result.

l. I have no injuries. I really like the way they feel...I guess responsive is the right word. There is something about them that moves your foot forward smoothly.
