Moved from Sioux City, Iowa to Tucson, Arizona for two years. Now, I am on the east coast in Essex, Massachusetts. (About 45 minutes north of Boston.) Have been suffering from a herniated disc in my lower back after a half marathon in August of 2004. After almost 3 years of very little racing, my back is about 90% recovered and I'm ready to get back into the swing of it. Hope your running is going well!
