I just wanted to touch base with everyone. I hope all is well, strong and injury free. Does anyone plan on running the Rock ‘N’ Role Arizona this year. I know Bridget Lehmann, RunningAnders and I are doing the half. I know a few of you all ran it last year. Fill me in. I’m thinking about an after party somewhere!

Last weekend I hiked Browns Peak, the tallest of the Four Peaks. Browns Peak is the highest point in Maricopa County at 7,657 feet.

A lot of people seem to be angry at this ad campaign. I suspect they are all joggers...and will make for a tasty snack at the next race.

12 minute mile, but it sure beats the 20 minute mile fast walking I was doing when there was 200 pounds on my 5'5" frame. To allude to joggers as not working hard enough or being 'adventurous' enough is insensitive, as I have literally worked my ass off 'jogging'. As a sidenote, will Izumi sell me sneakers, or is my money also inferior? Last time I checked, joggers bought running gear, too.
