After my 4th marathon in Feb 2008 I suffered a tight IT Band and a knee alignment issue that derailed my running for about 3 months or so, where I could do very little to no running at all. I finally just took off completely from everything which lasted 10 days before the bug caught me again to run, and have been going at it very slowly since then pain free. 2008 race plans have been pretty much scrapped as everything now this year is pretty much recreational running and will probably focus on the marathon again in 2009, so as of the end of May 2008 I am just running for fun right now, nothing serious. I even signed up for my first ever triathlon come July!
