I started running sometime in the early 90's. Only would run for exercise and no more than 3 miles. I only got really interested when some friends and I joined bootcamp training in 2007 and the instructor wanted me to run the 1/2 marathon for turning 50 (thanks Morgan!)and he would train me!....I trained with him from June until November and then tore my plantar (tendon) along the bottom of my foot and was in and out of a boot for 3 mos. (just missing the mark for the marathon in Jan.) URGH! But I am up and running again (and now I got my orthotics!)...so you'll see more and more of me! Hugs!
