Kreg, Thank you for the kind comments. I just started last year and it was a busy season, although the results should have been better. I have to admit that I am kind of a slacker when it comes to preparation and training. So far this year I haven't really entered too many, which is disappointing. I have some tendonitis and instead of training and trying to improve I have found it to be an easy excuse. I need to get back to the road! As you know the running season isn't too active in the summer months! Welcome aboard and I maybe I will run into you at a race sometime -although much slower :-)
