Hey Julie, Thanks. Hope your Achilles pain is gone. Looks like you had a real nice race going with those splits! I'didn't see you. My 1st mile was 6:07, then 6:10 at mile two and made it to the 5 mile mark at 31:29. I lost a little time at mile 11 with stomach cramps. You may have seen all the Fast Track Racing singlets. I was wearing one as was many others. The team's 1st CARA race is the Shamrock Shuffle. I won't be there, but we'll have a large group there. We'd love to see you out there and at other races in a Fast Track top helping to score a few points. Perhaps we'll bump into each other at Boston. CARA has a Boston Marathon Reception in Boston the Saturday evening before the race. It will be a good chance to meet fellow Chicago area runners.
