From the age of 23 until 44, I was overweight. I went from 245 down to 165 when I was 44, and began competing in road races. I am actively competing in the Jacksonville area all year 'round. By the way, I'm hovering right around 195 now and wondering how fast I would be if I got back down to 165 and trying to keep from going past 200 again.
