Hi Bill, I'm glad to hear that the baby and MOM are doing okay. Wow, end of JULY!! It will be here before you know it. What happened to the heel? Plantars?? You probably need orthotics. First you'll get a shot, some anti-inflammatories, then a referral to the foot doctor and then the heel inserts for your shoes. Sounds pretty bad. Did you try new shoes? And definitely do not go barefoot. Darn it!! Margaret

Hi Bill, How's it going? How is your wife doing? I hope she is feeling better. My son Austin is racing his first TRIATHLON this Sunday at Bonelli Park (Youth sprint) I took him for a swim last weekend at Belmont Shores with the wet suit. He did great!! Hi Bill, How's it going? I'm still here studying away. I just found out from Banning that my bike is in, so I will be fitted on Friday at 5:00 pm. Also, the whole team is signed up for St. George, Ford Ironman May 1 2010. including myself. I really excited to be done with school and training hard again. How's your training going? Margaret

Hey Bill, They fixed up the Redlands times. I did 1:12:55 Austin did 1:20:30 I met this lady at the race Polly Crawford. She won the tri. Anyways, she is going to try and get on Banning's tri team.. She is an excellent athlete. Look at some of her times. She is on Athlinks. M. Human
