This was a "A" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.
Race Notes: PR Swim, Bike and transitions. Disappointing marathon. Heat, dehydration and hard effort on the swim and bike took their toll on my running ability. Took in no nutrition on the run until ~ 20 miles. Drank mostly water not even gatorade as puking was imminent the entire way. Started dry heaving about 14-15 miles. Not a very fun finish.
