WDYDT for Friday, August 1, 2008 Another run home, this time all the way, 7 miles(ish). Didn't feel good, but did hit my bridges at usual split times, so back to sped. After I changed the track on my ipod (had to stop for that, take of backpack, ...) it did feel better. Browse All Entries \| Pick:

Swim session: 400m drill, 400m hard, 400m drill, 400m hard, 400m drill. Did the hard ones in 6:55 and 6:44. Where did that come from? And why didn't it come in Roth? But I don't like my local pool I went to for the 1st time. Will have to find another one.

Ran home from work, about 6 miles in about an hour. (walked one more mile of my 7 mile route) 1st run since Roth, funny feeling in left food and right leg, and no speed at all.
