Training for Ironman USA 2008

WD YDT (What did you do today?) |

Three days after completing Ironman Lake Placid, and I feel Great.
Very little soreness, and I went for a 10k run, with a good pace.
Plan on getting right back into a steady 10 hr a week training routine next week.
