I dont try to be superman, I just do my own thing when it comes to running. Run, eat, work, and sleep. 'tis the life i choose! I want to run a sub 2:40 26.2 in the upcoming race year. I like my odds.

put in a nice 21 miler this morning. averaged a moderate 7:05/mile pace and felt 100% satisfied afterwards.
