Had a PR in Olympic distance at Pleasant Prairie, despite having biked 80 and run 4 the day before. Not a great swim, but had a run PR at a 6:40 pace--felt great! 2:20:20

Ran the Chicago Distance Classic half marathon today. Almost didn't, as I biked a hard 100 and ran 5 yesterday and didn't get much sleep. But I ended up with a PR at 1:31:24. Felt good and strong, which I hope bodes well for Ironman!

Ran about six in my mini-taper for Steelhead--slower warm up, then a few miles at a pretty strong pace, then backed off--good run.

Open water swim (a little over a mile) with Team Toledo. Amzing experience. About 150 swimmers--5 waves. They clear out the lake just for the club--VERY warm water. Swam pretty well.
