Hi, Greg. I thought I'd hit you up for some expert tips- I've got 6 weeks before the CMM Half, and I'm trying to go from a 2:07 in Memphis to sub-2 hour. I can run 3 times a week- is there any training plan I should follow? I"ve learned to ask people who know more than I do :)
