when are you coming out for your high altitude training? it's amazing. i just do a little running (and a bunch of ultimate), and when i go back to sea level i feel like i can run forever. looks by your times and places that you don't need it though. you would be blowing everybody in NY away if you added some ha to your workout routine.

Mr. Hayes, Congrats on finishing the 200-miler - your team's time is incredible especially considering you guys each ran about 35 miles and I'm sure the terrain wasn't flat. Well freakin' done. I hope now that you have recovered and are training well for Philly. I pretty much left the running shoes on the shelf for the past weekend while in KC, so I'm about to knock out an 18 miler to get ready for Santa Barbara on 12/6. I hope you stay injury-free, and I'm looking forward to seeing your results in about a month. Take care, Murph from college
