Join up on flotrackr and we can be friends plus you can use it as an online log. I can share workouts with Paul and yourself. Just run them at your own intensity but it should provide a good base for you. I think that with about six to 9 months of base you should be running mid 20's and eventually drop down to 19 or 18 if you are willing to put in the base work.
