good to hear from you - I remember you! Are you and your family settled in AZ now? Did you wife ever get involved in a group or club? I'll be starting up again to train for an Ironman (WI in Sept) so if you're int in riding, let me know. Nothing more than 50 mi for now though!

Mountain Biking is really where I got my start in racing. It led to road racing and then eventually to triathlons. It's where I feel the most comfortable...especially when compared to OPEN WATER swims.
