Well, just wanted to let everyone know that I got a new PR for a half marathon, and really happy with that. I am looking forward to Disney 2009 and can't wait to see all the Nike+ gang again, and meet new ones:)

Did the Marine Corps. half marathon, and got a new PR: 3:27:33. I am very happy with this and have more races coming up. The weather was nice but then started to warm up a little bit. My philopsy is just go out and have fun at the races:)
