Quick ride out on the new bike. God it's fast. I'm an instant convert to carbon TT bikes! :-) I was holding myself in check all the time on account of being ill, but blimey, I just wanted to really let rip on it. So smooth too over the bumps!

I've spent the last week suffering with Man Flu! Not good. Mara training has taken a bit of a hit! Coughing like an old wreck - off to see the quack shortly.
