Great to hear you won today! I did 20 today after racing yesterday. I've got to work our fireworks special on Saturday night but I'll try and pry myself out of bed and get in 15. Have a good week and hopefully I'll see ya Sunday...

Hey Jeff are you guys getting together this Sunday? I'm just trying to figure out my training for the next few weeks and I think I'll be up for 13-15 after my race on Saturday. 8:30 a.m. at the Y? Hey I just wanted to let you know I hope things went well at Bayshore today. As of 2:50 p.m. Saturday I could not find any results yet. I ended up winning the overall at Bad Axe with a 38:54 ( 5:50,11:57,18:22,25:00,31:08 ). What a crazy week. Two races two wins... Well let me know how you did when you get a chance. Hey man I just wanted to say hell of a battle today. To me this is what racing is all about. Two guys giving everthing they got. Classic. This has been a great year for the both of us so far and I look forward to both of us pushing each other towards faster times. Good luck at Bayshore!! I know you'll do well. I'm doing the 10k on Saturday. I don't know if I'll get upper 37's ( fastest ever is 37:56 ) but I feel good right now and my goal is to improve on that 38:50 I ran in Reese. I'll be hitting the hills in Vasser Monday and throwing in a few pickups on my 9.5 miler on Wednesday. Outside of that I don't plan on doing a lot of speedwork ( at the track... ) unless I feel like I'm losing some speed. I'll be keeping a close eye on that. I know you'll get those upper 37's on Saturday and if I can keep you close that'll make for a good time :-) Well have a good week of training and I'll see you on Saturday!! -James Felton III
