I'm dropping out of Vegas Marathon :( Im bummed because I put in all that training. Oh well, it is what it is. I guess it was'nt meant to be. My nexted race is Carlsbad Half Marathon.

hey u how u going training going well i hope, i am now just started my training for Ironman Lake Placid 25th July 2010. Hoping to go under 11hrs but think i am capable of sub 10 hrs we will see have to learn to run marathon after 180km bike and 3800 swim.
Let me know what you are up to, looking to spend some time in NYC after Ironman, any ideas for where to stay and where to visit.

I didn't make it throught the track workout:( I'm headed to the Doctor tomorrow to see whats up with my tailbone. I won't be playing soccer for awhile. I need to feel good by Sunday it's my last long run, 22 miles. Any advice??? Happy training and stay healthy! :)

Did a little surfing this morning:) I also met coach Bill at the track for an hour workout. My back is killing me!!!:( I go back tonight to workout with the team as well. I'm icing and taking some Advil. My favorite warm up song for today was recommended by a friend this morning and it was good "Always Where I need To Be" By the Kooks. Happy training!!!! :)

I hit the gym this morning and I did 5 miles on the eliptical and 1 mile on the dreadmill lol. My back felt better and Im glad! I have track tomorrow and I need to feel good. My song of the day is kinda mellow and old, but a good one "Blurry" by Puddle of Mudd. Happy training!!!! :)

I ran 6 miles today. I hurt my back and have a nasty bruise on my right leg from playing a soccer game Tuesday night. So I was a bit sore, but happy to get a run in:) Happy training to you all!:)
