Bummer. But, if you want some help getting back on track my group that you added, USA Fit Gwinnett, would be a great way to do that. We have folks running fall marathons, january marathons, and spring marathons. so, we will be running various distances all year long. We gather formally as a group on saturdays and then more informally in the mornings during the week about 3 days a week. So, if you are interested in coming out to join the group, come out to PJ's Coffee Shop in Town Center Park in Suwanee next Saturday at 8:00 am. You can meet our coaches, and current and new members, and then see if you might want to join. Its a great group of people.
Hope you get back on track, and hope to see you next weekend!
Good luck!

Hey, thanks for adding me.
I see you also ran the Reagan Half this past year. That was my first half marathon. I was also going to run the Stonemill 5k, but was injured at that time and just couldn't do it.
I was training for my first full marathon and was hoping to run a fall marathon, but just a few weeks ago was tripped in a 5k race (S.W.A.T. Trot at Brookwood High School) and fell and broke my collar bone http://blog.262quest.com/2008/06/down-for-count.html So I won't be running my fall marathon like I wanted to.... but rather hope to run a spring marathon... maybe the ING.
Well, probably more than you wanted to know about me :)
Take care,
Tim Wilson
