My passion is running ultra marathons but sometimes running a fast 5K reminds me that I'm not old yet:D I love helping other's with their running and truly believe that most anyone can do it. I don't think that I have any natural ability-I simply LOVE to run and never give up.

Saw your postings on FB. Good job in the half. Are you doing the 100 or 50 in the Keys100? Either one is quite impressive. Maybe one day. Right now set on BQ.

You have two ways to merge your results. 1. Click on the merge tool located below your profile picture. Enter in your name, or the name you registered under for the race. 2. Navigate to your time in the overall results, click on the blue "claim" icon located to the right of your time.

Flatter than Tupelo but more turns. I plan to start at that pace but am not going for it as hard as I did in Louisville. Would like to PR. I guess my biggest goal is to avoid throwing up around mile 22. Want to get a handle on the fueling thing.

The only thing I know to improve balance on the trail is to run them as much as possible. Eventually you will not even think about balance. Even that will not keep you from falling every once in a while. I have a point system worked out for my falls ( just for my entertainment). I sure some of them are probably quite funny looking. You looked very strong mentally at the last aid station. At least that's how it came across. Your smile gave an indication that you were still enjoying yourself and were not completely spent. In fact you looked like you could have ran a 50miler instead of a 50k. Good Luck in your upcoming events.
