OMG!! You ran two marathons back to back weekends. LA then Rock n Roll San Diego. Then one week later you smoke your half marathon PR in Fontana. Wow! I can't believe how strong you are. I wish I would have known you were in Fontana I would have looked for you after the race. I would love to meet you some day. Good luck with your racing and training. It's runners like you that inspire us all.

Hi Rosemarie. Wow, a race every week! And you did really well! I have done 14 in 11 months. I have accomplished my 2009 goals - win hardware, and do a 10K. My next race is the 18th, in Salem, Or - a 5K in more heat than I am use to - I live on the coast. My next 2009 goal is to finish the C25K training routine that is giving me more run time, and less walk time for every race. I made a PR recently on a 5 K in Salem - small race, but big happiness for me. Have a great next race, Rosemarie - I love the before and after pictures!! Audrey in Florence, OR.

Hi Rosemary. How are things going? Do you have any races this month or next? I will probably do a 1mi. with DD1 and DD3 on June 6. And the big one for me is an 8K (a long distance for me, and I have only done one) is on June 1. DH has been nice enough to say OK to that one, which is on Father's Day. I am trying to extend my distance in "09 from 5K max to 10K max. I have done just one 8K . Hope you are having some good runs, as I am. Audrey
