This was a "C" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 1 out of 5.
Race Notes: This was my last long run before Boston. My goal was to run a pace about 2 min/mi slower than I could if I were racing it. I ran 5 minutes, then walked 1 minute, and repeated this for first 23 miles or so, then I ran in the rest of the way. Was lots of fun and a great workout.
