Been running since High school, really enjoy the sport, I like to learn and experience different training methods, I would love to become a decent marathoner some day!

Well Green Bay was a disaster and just awful. Everything was going good until I cought a cramp in mile 3 and had the cramp for about 12 miles. I was maintaining about 6:00 pace for 12 miles then just the pain in stomach made me to start walk and that was it right there. Very disappointing and instead running what I wanted I was walking and running sad 730 minute miles. Went 1:20 and 1:39, which is a disaster for me. Looking to maybe run couple small 5k and 10 k this week and then rest

Well today went to clif and run 6 miles there felt sluggish, then 2 more mile later the day. I guess this is second week tapering so I feel slugish but I I think I will be ok for Green Bay Marathon. I am still trying to decide to what should the first half be. Around 1:18:30 then maybe come home with a 1:21 around there!

Today was the Palos Half Marathon and thinsg really didnt go according to plan. Im not sure but I didnt wear a watch but really didnt run well today. Breathing and legs just werent there I think I am ready for Marathon in Greene Bay. Three weeks ago I was able to roll 1:14:15 but today 1:17:13 , so im kinda confused why I didnt run well today. Maybe little too fast at the start 5:25 first mile, but I was at 5 miles at 28:00 and 57:00 at 10 miles So I just backed off in last 3 miles. See u soon

Went to a small local race in Aurora. Did 9 mile run last night, so wasnt really fresh, but just wanted to push first mile and then just kinda cruise. I still think body has not recovered from Thursdays 20 miler. But overall first mile was like 5:05, then i just settled into 5:30 for next two miles. Overal time was 16:43 so not bad for a tempo run. In one week is Palos Half marathon so I just need to rest little bit and only do about 50 miles this week, 70 miles got me tired little bit.
