16 miles easy with Erin, Ben, and Jeremy. Left ITB still a bit sore, but not too bad. All on the dirt roads around GAC. Core work after run, pedestal, foot drills, and medicine ball throws.

7 miles total , 2 mile w/u then 4 miles @ 6:00 pace. Left hip is very sore, rolled out ITB on a foam roller and it was painful. Frustrating because the pace was very easy, but the pain limited me to the pace. Pedestal routine after wards.

Hill workout, 2.5 mile warmup then 3 miles of hills, one long 5 short x 2. With 2 x 3 100 meter decline striders in between each set. Did 1 extra long hill. Left hip is sore, still think it's a bit of ITB 2.5 cooldown.

10 miles steady. Felt very bonky for most of run. Crashed hard last 2 miles. Blood sugar was very low afterwards even after drinking gatorade and taking a Power Gel.

8 miles with in and out miles. 2 miles warmup - 2 miles @ 6:00 pace, 800 recovery, mile in 5:45, 800 recovery, mile in 5:45, mile cooldown. Felt ok, but legs a bit tired.

Hill Session, 2.5 mile warm up then 2 complete sets of hills. One long, 5 short, with focus being on rolling over the top of the hill. Did the long hill a third time then shut down. Left hip pretty sore, no real snap in legs today. Could be a bit of ITB flaring up. 2.5 miles cool down. 8 miles total. Core routine after run
