I started running at an early age and competed in XC and track while in school. I was a soccer player, coach and referee for the next two decades. Since 2003 I have concentrated on running and have completed over 100 races. If asked I'd say I'm a marathoner and believe that's my best event. I'm a member of the Baltimore Road Runners Club and regularly compete in the club's Grand Prix Series.
