4:46hrs port macquarie half ironman - great swim 28min, ride OK just over 2:30 and 1:41 run. Felt weaker on second leg of bike and towards end of run. Nutrition good. Spag Bol night before, piklets, banana, maple syrup and icecream 2hrs before race. Alternate electrolyte and water bike and run with coke also second half of run. gels endura half hr, one powerbar on bike.
