I actually ran again last night. I did six miles at a decent pace but stopped twice with a group. Looking forward to the Zooma Half on Sunday, but I'm not sure about a PR because I've ran a total of 20 miles since Chicago:-(

Hi Kevin. Haven't been on this site in a while sorry I haven't got back to you sooner. Actually I have been happily married for almost 19 years now. I actually just signed up for the Louisville Ironman in Aug. of 09. Well see, a little scared but excited at the same time. Huge commitment but I know I will be glad I did it when it's over.
