This was a "A" Race for me.
I rated my performance a 2 out of 5.
Race Notes: I totally messed up the swim and it got to me. I was 10 min slower on this swim than my 1st ironman a year ago with almost no swim training. Now, I swim 11,000-14,000 yards each week with drills etc and this swim gets stunk. Very bad.
I managed the bike quite well and kept HR in check and had good legs for the run. I missed my run goal, but had an OK run.
I need to cut 18 minutes off my swim and 20 minutes off my run ...
