4 miles in 33:44 went out slow it was 88 degrees when I ran so I tried to go conservative, ended up really slow but got the four miles in. Good start to the month

3.25 miles this morning, was very sore and tired, ran very slow but at least I got up and ran. need to push a litttle bit tommorrow morning.

3.25 in 26:43 ran pretty slow but ran negative splits. Felt really good though. Finally got my new ipod yesterday so that helped.

Run the woodlands 5K ran 23:12. felt really good but I went out way to fast, first mile was 6:45 again, need to work on my conditioning, if i can even come close to holding that pace I'll be looking at a pr. Good jumping off point. Next race is in 3 weeks

3.25 this morning, in the rain again. I was a little tired but felt pretty good. One more early morning and then the weekend.
Weight was at 212.5, too many tacos.

3.25 this morning in the rain. No watch. First morning run in a while and it felt great. Probably going to make a habit of it. Probably won't wear a watch for the rest of the month. Weight is at 210.5 need to be under 210 by friday

4.5 miles in 35:40
Pretty solid first 3.5 fell apart a lot over the last mile but that was pretty much expected. Overall felt pretty good, I should have gone farther. weight is at 211.5
