My wife, my cousin and Jose are running that race.

He won the race and got a metal and $100 gift cert. to Sports Authority. I got a metal for overall 2nd and $50. NOT bad!!! I am going to run a 10k next week in longwood. You did good too. Congratt!!!

Moss park forest run 10k this year was hell ran a 42:04 15 seconds faster then lst year so not entirly dissapointed in myself...I need to practice the bigger distances....Been too fluent in 5k's

Well after about 2 and 1/2 months of not running I ran the ORC race into the summer 5k again this year doing better then last year at that race with a 18:45 and 2nd in age range not complaning due to the fact that I havent had anytime to run...

To much work and school but im hoping I can get more time and training in cause i do have a few upcoming races later on
