Kelly Emo

I am a 40+ year old mother of two who also holds a full time career in software marketing. In between working long hours and chasing kids, I squeeze in a bit of time to train for local running events (up to marathon) and sprint and olympic distance triathlons. I've been running for over 20 years and before kids, I regularly ran marathons. In the year 2000, I had a series of tough running injuries and decided to try triathlon and now I'm hooked. I hope to do a half Ironman race when I turn 50 (the kids will be in college). My favorite races are the Pacific Grove Triathlon, the Boston Marathon and the Humboldt Redwoods half marathon.
