In 2002 I placed 2nd in the State of Colorado Master's Division in the Governor's Cup 10k. In October of that year I PR'd in a marathon at 2:59:16. In 2007 I founded Activity Inspired Rehabilitation with my oldest son. We provide endurance training to men and women who are involved in drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Our programs support and inspire incremental athletic accomplishment and a positive connection with the community.
