This was a "B" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 3 out of 5.

Race Notes: Got up at 3:30 AM drove down to the Museum of S & I to park in their lot. Then waited around for start of race. Race did not start on time and was very crowded. Was boxed on many tight turns. Still had my best 1/2 time though So cannot complain too much

Madison Mini Marathon Half Marathon: RUN HALF MARATHON

This was a "B" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 4 out of 5.

Race Notes: This course was HILLY! I had not previewed the course before hand. It had a section that was 5+ miles uphill with no let up. Despite this I ran my best time in the 1/2 and had a great time. Would do it again

Race Notes: 2nd time running this race. It was a new PR for me! Very well run event that gets larger every year.

Rock 'n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon 2009: Run- Half Marathon

This was a "A" Race for me.

I rated my performance a 5 out of 5.

Race Notes: This is an "A" for effort. Ran with a high ankle sprain. I was limping before the race. Drank 5 beers the night before the race as I thought I would be sitting it out. Decided to run a few of the miles since I was down there. Ended up running the whole thing in a ton of pain. It was the most difficult physical accomplishment I have ever done. I believe it has given me some Plus points mentally that I can draw from in future events.

Race Notes: First ever Triathlon for me. Learned alot. Later I signed up for Ironman-Kansas 70.3 So I suppose this race helped change my life. Have to rate it high
