I've been running off and on for the past 24 years, more on than off. I had my best year in 2003 when I ran a 5K PR of 25:12 and a 2 mile PR of 15:53. I ran my first 1/2 marathon in 2006 with a time of 2:07:20. I started training 3 weeks ago for the same 1/2 marathon I ran in 2006(Dec.). My goal is a PR of 1:57:00.
