I'm a recent couch potato turned triathlete. I've been racing for about 9-months and have completed sprit, olympic and half-ironman distances. I'm training for Ironman 70.3 CA and Ironman Arizona 2009.

My body is recovering nicely. I rode 30 minutes yeaterday and today. My legs feel better! I'm going to continue with my recovery riding through the rest of the weekend. Start swimming and running by Monday. Time to start thinking about PF Chang's!

Well, I recovered from SOMA mostly. It was a great race and I learned a lot. I've very happy with my results but I now know where I need to improve.
