Race Notes: I'm shocked I did this well considering how bad I felt the previous four months! It was pretty cold and windy that day but cold is better than hot for me.

Race Notes: Finally I feel better! It only took 6 months! I feel like I went out conservatively and just held that constant pace throughout. 8 or 9 out of 10 on effort.

Race Notes: Ran a nice steady race. Started out in 9th or 10th place and slowly moved up to first and then fell back to 2nd. The softer sand and wind in my face the entire way made it a little difficult near the end. The race is only 8 miles or perhaps just short of 8 miles and not the 8.2 miles they claim.

Race Notes: My Hip hurt like HELL! I've also felt really burned out lately. I do not kow what is wrong with me but I feel like complete CRAP! I'm going to take the next 2 or 3 weeks off I think and not do ANYTHING!

Race Notes: They messed up my time AGAIN! Should have been 17:24. I felt SICK and very light headed. Given the conditions I did pretty well. I've been SICK for the last couple of days and almost decided not to run the race. I went out conservatively and my competitiveness kicked in after the first mile so I pushed a little harder. If I was healthy I think I could have come close to 17:00 or less.
