Former swimmer and H2O polo player, still get whiplash watching people pass me on the bike. Did first tri in 2000, first Ironman in 2003. Holding my own at shorter races; still trying to crack the longer distance stuff.

Awesome 1/2 marathon PR! That equates in my running books to about a 3:01 marathon. You broke 40 in 10K, I know you can break 3 in the marathon. I am finally back after taking a break playing soccer and recovered from a sports hernia. I haven't started swimming or biking yet, but have been running about 60 miles/wk.
