Hi Amy. I’m a fellow triathlete, was browsing 2009 LoneStar results and thought I’d send you a message.
Congratulations on an impressive race. Are you racing LoneStar again this year?
My interest in contacting you is to introduce you to my good friend Kevin Saunders of KGS Bikes. You may already know Kevin. KGS is located in San Antonio and is a premier custom bicycle boutique. Kevin is a master at fitting and dialing in on an athlete’s optimal position. Kevin and I feel triathletes are underserved on the bike and I’m helping him build his presence among competitive athletes.

my arms are just now getting back to normal after the last pull up, push up routine- wow- that wrecked me, in a good way.
Now to get ont eh elliptical more often to get back in the "running" scene!
