Mark Lydecker

I grew up in a Cleveland, Ohio suburb playing every sport i could get a chance at. I leaned towards baseball and soccer and had a late interest in track and field. I ended up running the 400m hurdles at Marquette for one season before deciding school was more important (easy decision because i was moderate at best at sprinting type events). After a long hiatus of being lazy ive been introduced into the world of triathlons and distance training (still getting used to that)
